Arabic Translator & Patient Relation Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a professional Arabic Translator with a strong background in the dental or healthcare field to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will translate and localize documents, patient communication materials, and clinical content from English to Arabic and vice versa, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate and proofread a variety of dental-related materials including patient forms, treatment plans, consent documents, educational brochures, website content, and marketing materials.
• Accurately translate medical and dental terminology while maintaining clarity for both professional and patient audiences.
• Review and edit translations for accuracy, grammar, tone, and cultural appropriateness.
• Work closely with dentists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure clear communication with Arabic-speaking patients.
• Translate internal communications, training manuals, and product information related to dental equipment and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient and organizational information in compliance with HIPAA or local health regulations.
• Build and maintain a dental terminology database for consistent translation use.

Qualifications:

• Native or near-native fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Proven translation experience, preferably in medical or dental contexts.
• Excellent understanding of dental terminology, clinical language, and patient communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Arabic Language, Dentistry, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience working in a dental clinic, hospital, or healthcare organization.
• Knowledge of regulatory or compliance documentation in healthcare.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
