AR Trainee

You are invited to join our team as an AR Trainee in a NON-IT role at our office located in Pratap Nagar, Nagpur. This role is suitable for fresh graduates, except for Btech graduates, who are looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic work environment. As an AR Trainee, you will be responsible for AR follow-up and insurance calling in a medical billing company. Your primary tasks will include denial management, contacting insurance companies in the US on behalf of physicians, clinics, and hospitals to follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and claims. Therefore, a sound understanding of the U.S. Healthcare Domain (provider side) and knowledge of methods for improving processes in the domain will be beneficial. We are seeking candidates with good communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel. While prior experience is not mandatory, candidates with a non-IT background are preferred for this role. You will also be required to manage and develop collaterals as necessary, maintain productivity and quality targets, identify and escalate issues to the team leader/manager, update production logs, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The working hours for this position are from 5:30 pm to 2:30 am, as it involves working the night shift. You will collaborate closely with the team leader for client updates and follow quality processes using the provided checklist.
