Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Designer with strong proficiency in 3ds Max and D5 Render to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of lighting, materials, and textures, and the ability to transform concepts into visually compelling 3D models and renderings for architecture, interiors. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Create high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and walkthroughs using 3ds Max or D5 Render. • Develop interior and exterior scenes with realistic materials, textures, lighting, and environment settings. • Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and visualize concepts effectively. • Optimize 3D models for performance without compromising on visual quality. • Maintain organized file systems for all assets and adhere to project timelines. • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and design standards. ⸻ Requirements: • Proven experience as a 3D Designer, Visualizer, or similar role. • Strong expertise in Autodesk 3ds Max or D5 Render. • Proficiency in modeling, UV mapping, texturing, lighting, and rendering. • Good understanding of architectural drawings and design concepts. • Familiarity with Photoshop, SketchUp, or AutoCAD is a must. • Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D visualization skills. • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. • Good communication and team collaboration skills. ⸻ Preferred Qualifications: • Degree/Diploma in 3D Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or related field. Salary: 20-25k
