Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Finance Executive at Marriott International, located in Chennai, India. The AR Finance Executive will be responsible for managing financial processes, including generating and reconciling financial statements, processing accounts receivable, ensuring compliance with financial regulations such as GST, and preparing financial reports. The role will also involve conducting detailed financial analyses and maintaining accurate records to support decision-making and business growth. Collaboration with the finance team and other departments is essential to ensure processes are efficient and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills to gather, interpret, and act upon financial data
• Working knowledge of Finance, including AR processes and management
• Familiarity with Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance and applications
• High attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for teamwork and stakeholder interactions
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Relevant experience with financial systems and reporting tools is preferred
