AR Caller/AR Analyst

As an AR Caller/AR Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing accounts receivable for healthcare services. Your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing Advanced MD software to process billing submissions accurately and in a timely manner. - Following up on outstanding claims and denials to ensure maximum collections. - Generating reports from Advanced MD for analyzing billing and collection trends. - Collaborating with the billing team to resolve any discrepancies or issues in billing. - Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. - Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline billing and collection procedures. - Effectively communicating with patients, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders regarding billing inquiries. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 1-3 years of experience in insurance denial and insurance calling. - Preferably hands-on experience with Advanced MD software. - Strong understanding of medical billing processes, including insurance claims and reimbursements. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
