AR Caller

As an AR Caller in Coimbatore, your main responsibility is to handle the submission and tracking of prior authorization requests. Your key responsibilities include: - Communicating with healthcare providers and insurance companies to obtain necessary approvals. - Assisting in gathering patient information and supporting documentation for prior authorization. - Managing prior authorizations for medications, ensuring proper documentation and communication with prescribers and insurers. - Completing necessary clinical documentation to support the prior authorization request. - Ensuring that the correct codes are used for procedures or medications requiring prior authorization. - Collaborating with the prior authorization team to ensure compliance with insurance policies. - Collecting and verifying patient information, including insurance details and medical history. - Serving as the primary point of contact between healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies. - Providing updates to providers and patients regarding the status of prior authorization requests. - Monitoring the status of submitted requests and following up with insurance companies to expedite the approval process. - Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
