Job Description

Immediate Hiring : AR Caller - Denial Management (US Healthcare Process)

Location: Hyderabad, Chennai & Mumbai.
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in AR Calling (Denial Management)only in Physician billing and Hospital billing.
Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA + 2,200 Shift Allowance.
Qualification: Intermediate & Above.
Shift: Night Shift (US Process).
Employment Type: Full-Time | Work from Office.

We are hiring AR Callers with experience in Denial Management for our US Healthcare process in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the RCM cycle, AR follow-up, and claim resolution.

Responsibilities:

Review denied claims and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
Follow up with insurance companies to check claim status.
Work on Denials rejections & appeals .
Update the claim status accurately in the system.
Ensure timely resolution of accounts and maintain productivity targets.
Communicate effectively with clients and insurance representatives.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Good knowledge of Denial Management and AR calling.
Hands-on experience in US Healthcare / Medical Billing.
Basic understanding of CPT, ICD, and HCPCS codes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
