Position: Customer Support Executive

Process: US Healthcare

Shift: Night Shift

Location: Nearby NHPC Metro Station, Faridabad

Working Days: 5 days(Monday to Friday)

Employment Time: Full time

Salary: Salary + Night Allowances

Role Overview

The Night Shift Calling Executive will handle outbound & inbound calls to US-based insurance representatives and healthcare providers. The role involves verifying patient details, following up on claims, providing support related to billing/insurance and ensuring compliance with US Healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to insurance companies to check claims status

Verify eligibility & benefits of patients as per US Healthcare norms

Work on AR followup, claim correction and documentation

Co-ordinate with internal teams for claim resolution

Meet daily/weekly productivity

Eligibility:

Only Male candidates Freshers/ Experienced can apply .

Graduation should be Complete(RE-Appear students can apply) , Post Graduation Pursuing or Completed, can apply

Skills Required: Good Communication Skills

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
