The primary responsibility of this role is to communicate with insurance companies in the US on behalf of Physicians/Clinics/Hospitals to follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivables. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the U.S. Healthcare Domain (provider side), and proficiency in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
