Perform pre-call analysis and check status by calling the payer or using IVR Actively contact insurance companies to inquire about the status of pending claims and resolve any issues. Good knowledge about insurance policies, billing codes, and denial reasons to effectively resolve issues and secure payment Have strong knowledge in EOB and ERA.
