We have an urgent requirement for AR caller / Sr.AR caller for our Bangalore based office, interested candidates may reach out to us to apply for this job opportunity. ***Please note this is Work from Office role. Shift: Night Shift Candidates with only experience in AR Calling / denial management / AR Follow-up shall only be considered for this role. Should be ready to Work from Office, self-motivated, and a good team player Good Oral and Written Communication skills Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable Should be able to convince the claims company (payers) for payment of their outstanding claims Sound knowledge of U.S. Healthcare Domain (Provider side) methods for improvement on the same Should have basic knowledge of the entire Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manage & develop collaterals as required.
