Role & responsibilities Edit raw wedding footage into highlight films, teasers, and reels. Add music, transitions, and effects to enhance storytelling. Perform basic color correction and sound adjustments. Deliver projects within deadlines. Preferred candidate profile Experience in wedding video editing (portfolio preferred). Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve. Creative eye for storytelling and attention to detail. Must be available to work from office.

Role Overview We are looking for a Post-Production Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of client projects after the event day. This is not an editing role but a coordination + quality-checking role where you will be the bridge between clients and the editing/design team. Key Responsibilities Follow up with clients for photo selection links, approvals, and feedback. Coordinate with video editors and album designers for timely completion. Review deliverables (albums, videos, reels) for accuracy before sending to clients. Track project timelines and ensure on-time delivery. Handle corrections, client communication, and delivery status updates. Maintain proper records of project progress and delivery milestones. Skills Required Strong communication and follow-up skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred).. Good coordination and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Tech-savvy with tools like Excel, Google Drive, and project trackers.
