We are looking for a Process Associate who is highly motivated and detail-oriented to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong desire to learn and grow in their role, as well as developing their skills in various areas of the business. This position will provide training and exposure to different departments, allowing them to gain an understanding of the company's operations. Responsibilities : Participate in on-the-job training in different departments, including but not limited to sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Assist in project management and implementation, under the guidance of senior management. Conduct research and analysis to support various initiatives and projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely completion of projects. Maintain accurate records of project details, progress, and outcomes. Attend and participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions as required. Provide support to management and other team members as needed.
