Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Online Sales Executive to handle social media inquiries, primarily through Instagram. The role involves engaging with customers via DMs, collecting and organizing lead information, coordinating with in-store sales teams, following up at multiple stages, and ensuring leads are successfully closed and updated. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to Instagram DMs and inquiries from customers. Provide detailed product information and resolve queries in a polite manner. Lead Management: Collect customer contact details (name, number, product interest) from social media interactions. Segregate and assign qualified leads to respective store employees based on location or product category. Follow-Up Coordination: Maintain a structured follow-up system in three stages: Initial Follow-Up – Confirm receipt of the lead and first communication. Mid-Follow-Up – Ensure product discussion or consultation is in progress. Final Follow-Up – Confirm customer visit, purchase decision, or reason for drop-off. Track and remind store employees about pending follow-ups. Lead Closure & Reporting: Update status of each lead as converted, in process, or not interested. Maintain daily and weekly reports of incoming leads, actions taken, and outcomes. Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to improve lead conversion. Share feedback from customers to help improve social media communication and product offerings. Key Skills & Qualifications: Good written and verbal communication skills (English and regional languages). Strong understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms. Knowledge of sales and customer service. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work with CRM tools or lead management systems is an advantage. Preferred Experience:1–2 years of experience in online sales, social media communication, or customer handling roles. Experience in jewelry will be an added advantage.
