Absolutely rubbish, took over my pension from Mercer, first they tell me my monthly pension is wrong and have dropped it 10%, now they tell me I owe them £1600 in overpayments. No figures or proof, I'm just expected to believe them, can anybody out there advise me who can help me.

I stop receiving my pension since April purchase Mercer. After many months and multiple web contacts, my pension is still not coming. They are hiding phone number to contact which is one of indications something is wrong with April and they do not care about us, pensioners

Highly frustrating company to deal with - requested pension information and they missed the deadline. All other providers required information within acceptable timescales. Will definitely be transferring pension pot away from this poor company

Unreliable and poor ethics...... Had to interview series of round, got selected and then ghosted without any response. Wasted my time for more that 2 weeks.
Similarly, made me interview through another company and same fate all over …
