Key Responsibilities: Handle inquiries from students via phone, WhatsApp, email, or walk-ins. Provide detailed information about the digital marketing course, curriculum, career opportunities, and certifications. Counsel students and parents on career goals, course structure, and admission process. Follow up with potential leads and convert them into confirmed admissions. Maintain accurate student records, lead data, and daily activity reports. Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies. Conduct webinars, info sessions, and participate in education fairs or college visits as required. Maintain positive relationships with students to ensure referrals and satisfaction. Skills & Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Malayalam preferred). Strong sales and persuasion skills. Basic knowledge of digital marketing trends (training will be provided). Self-motivated with a positive attitude and growth mindset. Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM or lead tracking tools is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Marketing/Business preferred). Additional training in Digital Marketing is a plus.
