Job Type Full-time Description We are seeking applicants to join our Support, Deployment & Licensing team in India , working directly with customers to ensure their success with aPriori’s enterprise software. This role focuses on computing, IT, and database skills , supporting customers with installation, deployment, and ongoing management of our solutions. It requires a broad technical foundation and a curiosity to tackle new challenges. Ideal candidates are energized by solving unfamiliar problems and eager to expand their knowledge. As part of this role, you will diagnose and resolve a wide range of customer issues, providing effective workarounds and solutions. While not all skills are required at the outset, successful applicants will have the opportunity to learn and grow across multiple technologies. The team collaborates closely with Development, Sales, Product Management, and Account Management , offering exposure to many aspects of the business. Over time, you will have opportunities to specialize, take on additional responsibilities, and contribute to process improvements. Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries diligently and efficiently, engaging other members of the aPriori team when needed. Proactively identify risks or potential escalations within customer accounts and take steps to mitigate them. Act as a communication bridge between customers and internal teams, clearly conveying issues, requirements, and feedback. Reproduce and analyze customer-reported issues, exploring potential solutions and workarounds. Create and maintain high-quality documentation, knowledge base articles, and supporting content (e.g., videos, presentations). Contribute to internal projects aimed at improving team efficiency and effectiveness. Assist customers with the installation and upgrade of aPriori on-premise software. Collaborate with the DevOps team to support cloud-based upgrades. Provide recommendations and guidance on on-premise architecture to ensure optimal deployments. Drive process improvements to enhance deployment efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Able to communicate with empathy for the customer. Proven problem-solving skills. Able to independently follow through and complete tasks to a high standard in a timely manner. Demonstratable experience with database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle and SQL Server Windows and Windows Server Operating System troubleshooting Support additional deployment tasks such as CAD plugin rollouts Familiar with PowerShell and/or Command Prompt arguments Education And Experience Degree in IT, Computer Science, or another STEM subject. 2 years' experience working in an IT filed and exposure to the areas such as Windows and Windows Server Operating Systems, Networking (e.g. firewalls and proxy servers), Database Management and Querying (e.g. MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracle), ideally working with enterprise software. Nice to have experience with major CAD systems (e.g. CREO, Solidworks, NX, CATIA) and PLM systems (e,g. Teamcenter, Windchill). Proven experience coding or scripting, in any technology.
