Roles & Responsibilities Plan and oversee large-scale horticultural and landscaping projects Supervise gardening staff and allocate daily/weekly work schedules Monitor and maintain plant health, soil conditions, irrigation, and nutrition Implement pest and disease management strategies effectively Develop seasonal planting programs and landscape improvement plans Maintain detailed records of plants, fertilizers, pesticides, and garden budgets Introduce sustainable practices (composting, rainwater harvesting, eco-friendly fertilizers) Liaise with management for design, budgeting, and horticulture development plans Requirements Bachelor’s/Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field 1–3 years of proven experience in horticulture, landscaping, or estate/farm management Strong knowledge of ornamental plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, and soil science Leadership skills to manage a team of gardeners and helpers Ability to design, plan, and execute horticultural projects independently Good communication and record-keeping skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): This role will require frequent travel between Wayanad, Manamadurai, and Coimbatore.
