Key Responsibilities: Provide application support and maintenance for OpenText AppWorks-based solutions. Analyze and resolve production issues, bugs, and incidents within defined SLAs. Work closely with functional and technical teams to implement fixes and improvements. Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and suggest permanent solutions. Develop minor enhancements, workflow updates, and integrations when required. Prepare technical documentation and participate in knowledge transfer sessions.
