Position Purpose The Identity Access Management (IAM) team ensures proper IT Security access control for application user accounts and is responsible for the controlled access management of employees to IT resources including application accounts, domain accounts, and account privileges. In addition, the team provide people referential setup for regions. The IAM (SailPoint) developer will have responsibility of IT development within the IAM IT team, ensuring to follow SDLC processes and user access fulfilment, training, QA and reporting on IAM team business process result. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities Responsible for Analysis, development, testing and implementation of IAM solutions to business and technology needs. Candidate should be able to work as a team and independently as needed in a fast-paced environment. Analysis, develop and implement SAILPOINT IIQ 8.x platform processes and functions. Integrate IIQ with enterprise applications using OOTB connectors. Working experience in the development and consumption of Web Services APIs Working knowledge of multi-factor authentication architectures and tools (ex: SSO, PAMetc) Develop SAILPOINT workflows per the business needs. Coordinates with product vendor for complex issue resolutions. Maintain appropriate documentations, source codes within the defined framework. Perform feasibility studies for new/enhanced changes as needed and advice management on the best solutions. Lead quality control and quality assurance activities, such as developing and executing test plans/scripts, and resolve deviations or exceptions for newly developed IAM solutions. Create and support policies, standards, and processes. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation. Technology leadership around SailPoint and other relevant technologies to the project Participate and provide oversight to the new strategic initiatives at BNPP. Technology consulting and leadership for the sustenance and new strategic/innovation programs Participation and support for audit events and provide with necessary evidence for any audit queries. Contributing Responsibilities Technical & Behavioral Competencies 5 to 7 years of IAM development experience preferably on SailPoint. Deep knowledge of IAM (OIM/IAM) processes and functions gained through experience. Hands-on in developing LCM workflows, connectors, config events, scheduled tasksetc. Hands-on experience with Java, Bean shell, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, PowerShell, UNIX, LINUX, and XML Hands-on experience on writing DB scripts, fine tuning of queries, StoredProcs in Oracle/MySQL Good working knowledge on REST API development Experience on Active Directory, LDAP, RACF, PeopleSoft, Good knowledge on JIRA, ServiceNow is a plus. Responsibilities: Database Administration: Manage and support Production, QA, and Development environments for PostgreSQL and Progress 4GL databases. Monitor and manage database backups and ensure proper data growth management . Refresh Dev, Test, and Preprod environments by syncing them with the Live environment. Tune database performance by analyzing and optimizing query execution , index usage, and general database configurations. Database Operations: Perform Database Dump and Load operations, including experience with Progress database management . Ensure data integrity and consistency across different environments (Dev, Test, Preprod, and Production). Troubleshoot database-related issues, especially around code deployments , compilation , and their interaction with the database. Collaborate closely with the Development Team , providing support for database-related queries, optimizations, and issues. Monitoring & Performance Tuning: Use PROMON and other tools to regularly perform database health checks . Proactively monitor database performance and make adjustments to ensure optimum functionality. Experience in tuning performance issues and implementing changes when necessary. Knowledge of Appserver and Webspeed to optimize the performance of Progress-based applications. SQL Server Support (Optional but helpful): Manage SQL Server instances using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS). Perform regular backup and restore operations for SQL Server databases. Release & Deployment Support: Prepare runbooks for production releases, outlining all steps and procedures for application deployment and database changes. Assist in Release Management by coordinating deployment schedules and ensuring that deployment goes smoothly. Handle deployment issues , ensuring the release process is seamless across all environments. Key Skills Required: Experience managing both PostgreSQL and Progress 4GL databases. Expertise in database backups, restores, and data refreshes across environments. In-depth experience with database performance tuning (e.g., query optimization, indexing). Familiarity with Progress 4GL queries , Appserver , and Webspeed . SQL Server management skills (backup, restore, etc.) are a plus. Experience with release management and writing/maintaining runbooks .

Strong understanding of Application and Webservers architecture. Proficient in installation, upgrade, patch update, fix packs and domains creation. Proficient in Problem analysis, troubleshooting, performance tuning and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Dynatrace and Splunk tools up to Middleware administration. Analyze latest software releases, fix packs and address the security vulnerabilities. Proficient in driving the issue towards permanent solution. Proficient in certificate management on web/app servers. Good knowledge in Unix/Linux shell scripting. Ready to work 24X7 and ready to take on-call during weekends/holidays.
