Proficient in Problem analysis, troubleshooting, performance tuning and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Dynatrace and Splunk tools up to Middleware administration. Analyze latest software releases, fix packs and address the security vulnerabilities. Proficient in driving the issue towards permanent solution. Proficient in certificate management on web/app servers. Good knowledge in Unix/Linux shell scripting. Ready to work 24X7 and ready to take on-call during weekends/holidays.
