The background you should have for this job: Minimum 15 years of IT organization background. Proven experience of working within a strategic resourcing and delivery environment. Managed a team of 10 or more individuals. Experience in leveraging onshore and offshore teams. Oracle Siebel experience is required, and knowledge of other Apps UL, Database, and CX, as well as experience with on-premises and Cloud systems, are a plus. Strong English language proficiency.
