Roles & Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports. Support the sales team to achieve monthly targets. Maintain and update sales and customer records in databases. Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, technical, etc.) to ensure timely order execution. Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and order status. Manage communication with clients regarding orders, product availability, and lead times. Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team and prepare necessary documentation. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Good experience in sales, cold calling, and customer support. Familiarity with government/private e-procurement portals is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with various teams.
