Maintain service records and update job cards regularly. Provide timely updates to customers on service progress. Ensure customer approvals are obtained before proceeding with additional work. Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in upselling additional services or maintenance packages. Handle customer complaints or escalate issues as required. Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained in the service area.
