As a Business Development Associate/International Marketing professional, you will be a vital team player with exceptional relationship-building skills, effective communication abilities across various channels, and adept negotiation capabilities. Your primary responsibility will involve acquiring the right set of clients from the Global Organic Industry. You will play a crucial role in executing high-volume sales activities, encompassing resourcing, networking, lead generation, prospecting, approaching potential clients, delivering detailed demos/presentations, and successfully closing prospects. Your role will include outbound communication to the target audience through emails, presentations, or attending webinars to secure meetings with clients. You must possess the proficiency to comprehend client issues and collaborate with internal teams to devise tailored solutions. It is imperative to maintain meticulous records of daily activities by updating tracking lists and sharing them with internal management members. With a proactive approach, you will be expected to implement the established business development plan, identify opportunities, introduce innovative ideas for business growth, and demonstrate proficiency in industry mapping. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. The selection process will involve a telephonic interview and subsequent assessments. Candidates with prior experience in sales or operations will have an added advantage. The desired qualifications for this position include a BBA/MBA/B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent degree. The salary will be as per industry standards. This full-time, permanent role entails a day shift schedule. The ability to commute/relocate to Seethammadara, Visakhapatnam - 530013, Andhra Pradesh is required.
