Purpose of Role 1. Search and Quote the best airfares available for the purpose of GIT/FIT ticketing 2. Drive revenue through ticketing on approved /budgeted fares 3. Ensure receipt of required payments /approvals / Invoicing on file for tickets issued Roles and Responsibilities 1. Preparing and coordinating group request for the respective product with the airline 2. Procure airline seats within given budget 3. Make Adhoc group request as per the profile count 4. Maintaining and sharing file level profitability (vs. Budget) 5. Profitability sheet to be updated daily in the drive including each and every addition on domestic tickets 6. Invoices (Deviations / Cancellations etc.) to be cleared on real time basis 7. Preparing and Updating departure sheets in the shared drive on real time basis post ticketing 8. Process Deposit Payment / Deposit Refund and keep track of each Group PNR deposit time limit 9. Maintain profile count and manage inventory 10. Reconciliation with Finance for clearance of Principal Air Recon 11. Ensure zero ADM’s 12. Adhere to SLA’s , TAT as discussed and agreed with the corporates / sales team 13. Good understanding of all the GDS systems 14. Ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction is properly maintained FRESHERS ONLY
