Role Overview: As an Apprentice in the 2025 program, you will be responsible for performing various operations at the manufacturing shop floor. Your main tasks will include setting up and operating machines to assemble and process individual products. Additionally, you will be expected to handle established processes and parameters, ensure compliance with safety and quality instructions, contribute to shop floor 6S and kaizen initiatives for continuous improvement, and enhance your skill levels on different coils. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate machines for assembling and processing products - Handle established processes and parameters effectively - Ensure compliance with safety and quality instructions at all times - Contribute to shop floor 6S and kaizen for continuous improvement - Improve skill levels on different coils Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Medical Electronics, Electronics, Electrical, Medical Electronics, or Mechatronics - Minimum 70% throughout academics - No active backlogs - 2025 passing-out batch only,
