The job involves completing store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, as well as following up on work results. The focus will be on achieving market profitability through effective management of all equipment and maintenance activities within the assigned area. This will involve cost control, employee development, and maintaining high training and safety standards. This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule. The ability to commute/relocate to Tiruvalla, Kerala is required, with a preference for candidates willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package.
