Position: Technical Recruiter (Recruitment + Account Management) Experience: 2-3 years Education: MBA in HR or related field Location: India (Remote) Salary: 150,000 200,000 base salary per year + Incentives (in USD) Working Hours: 8:00 PM IST 3:00 AM IST (to align with Canada/US clients) Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment, client account management, and candidate onboarding for Canada and US markets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to manage both client and candidate relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for Canada and US clients, from sourcing to onboarding. Draft and publish job descriptions tailored to client needs. Identify, screen, and conduct the first level of interviews to evaluate candidate skill match. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process. Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and managing recruitment pipelines. Support onboarding activities and ensure compliance with client requirements. Provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders on recruitment status. Contribute to process improvements and ensure high-quality recruitment delivery. Requirements 23 years of experience in recruitment, preferably for international (Canada/US) markets. Strong background in HR, talent acquisition, or account management . MBA in HR or related specialization. Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Ability to work independently in a remote environment . Comfortable working in night shifts (8 PM IST – 3 AM IST) . Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with candidates and clients.
