Their responsibilities include: Researching potential customers . Using LinkedIn , social media , and other tools to identify a target audience . Cold calling and telemarketing . Reaching out to prospective clients via phone calls or emails to introduce services and set up meetings. Lead qualification . Assessing whether prospective clients are a good fit for the companys value proposition and sales funnel . Scheduling meetings . Coordinating with decision-makers to set appointments that align with the sales team s availability. CRM and data management. Keeping the sales pipeline organized by logging all outreach and follow-up activity in a CRM . Handling automation . Implementing tools to automate routine tasks like follow-ups and data entry. Engaging prospective clients . Nurturing leads by addressing their pain points and guiding them through the sales cycle .
