Job Description

Role Overview: As an incoming leads assessor, your primary responsibility will be to assess leads from various sources such as website, social media, ads, cold calls, and emails. You will play a crucial role in initiating the first contact with prospects through calls, emails, or chat to provide essential information about the product or service, with the aim of generating interest. Furthermore, you will be entrusted with coordinating and booking appointments between interested prospects and the sales/demo team.
