Job Title Territory Sales Manager Department Sales Base Location Hyderabad Reports To Sales Head Job Summary Responsible for driving sales targets, expanding channel networks, managing profitability, and executing market development in the assigned territory Oversees end-to-end partner management, product performance, and customer satisfaction through strategic planning and on-ground implementation Roles & Responsibilities Develop productand area-wise sales and dealer expansion plans Appoint and onboard new dealers as per market potential Ensure showrooms adhere to OSMs retail identity and creative guidelines Supply partners with necessary marketing materials, demo vehicles, and brochures Execute local marketing campaigns with assigned partners Ensure end-to-end service delivery for B2B/B2C/B2G clients (RTO, insurance, subsidy) Train partner sales and service staff regularly Monitor and support monthly sales target achievement by dealers Proactively identify and resolve partner concerns Mitigate channel conflicts and coordinate cross-functional communication Lead solution-building aligned with market needs and customer feedback Education MBA (preferred specialization in Sales or Marketing) BE in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering (optional) Experience 710 years in sales roles, preferably in EV or automobile industry Specific Skills Strong communication & problem-solving skills Territory & channel management expertise Understanding of dealership operations and customer lifecycle Local language proficiency (Kannada preferred) Ability to travel 1520 days per month Personal Characteristics Result-oriented and self-motivated Good interpersonal and leadership skills Strategic thinker with operational agility Collaborative and resilient under pressure
