We’re seeking a skilled HubSpot Technical Consultant to lead the development and customization of websites, CRM solutions, and integrations using HubSpot CMS and CRM tools. This role requires both technical expertise and strategic thinking to deliver seamless digital experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain websites, landing pages, and modules using HubSpot CMS Convert Figma designs into responsive HTML/CMS templates aligned with HubSpot’s framework. Customize HubSpot themes and templates based on client or business needs. Implement and manage CRM strategy , including workflows, pipelines, custom objects, and automation. Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools using APIs and webhooks . Optimize websites for speed, SEO, accessibility , and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for continuous improvement. Lead or collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Conduct CRM audits , recommend custom solutions, and manage data effectively. Requirements 4+ years of experience in HubSpot CRM and CMS development, including third-party integrations. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for custom development. Experience with HubSpot APIs , webhooks, and integrating external systems. Strong knowledge of custom objects, workflows, automation, and reporting . Hands-on experience converting Figma designs into functional pages. Familiarity with ReactJS is a plus. Solid understanding of marketing automation , email templates, and analytics. HubSpot certifications and CMS Hub knowledge are a strong advantage. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Nice to Have Experience with SEO best practices and web performance optimization Familiarity with web accessibility standards HubSpot certifications
