Position Overview: We’re looking for a curious and detail-oriented Product Enablement Intern to join our team and help drive understanding and adoption of apps within the Atlassian ecosystem. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys exploring new tools, simplifying complex concepts, and creating content that educates and engages users. In this role, you'll support the product team by validating apps, creating demos, drafting product documentation, and developing engaging video and written content — including blogs that highlight app use cases, tutorials, and best practices. Key Responsibilities: App Validation & Testing: Evaluate Atlassian marketplace apps to verify functionality, usability, and compatibility with various use cases. Product Documentation: Write and maintain clear, concise documentation to support app users — including how-to guides, FAQs, and feature breakdowns. Blog Writing: Create insightful blog posts that explain app functionality, showcase use cases, and help users get more value from their tools. Demo Creation: Build demo environments and workflows to showcase real-life use cases for internal training, marketing, or user onboarding. Video Content Production: Record screen walkthroughs, create product explainer videos, and assist with editing and publishing visual content. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, marketing, and support teams to align content efforts with business needs. Required Skills and Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in the field of Computer Science (B.Tech/ BCA/ MCA) Or a degree of MBA. Strong interest in SaaS products , technical writing , or the Atlassian ecosystem Excellent written and verbal communication skills Passion for explaining technical topics in simple terms Ability to learn quickly and create structured, user-friendly content Familiarity with tools like Jira , Confluence , or other collaboration platforms is a plus Basic experience with video creation/editing and content management tools .
