To qualify for this role, you should have: - Over 15 years of hands-on development experience, with a focus on SaaS-based software products for cloud deployments. - Extensive experience in managing global engineering teams. - Strong Java/C++ programming skills and proficiency in object-oriented design. - Knowledge of JVM concepts, microservices architecture, messaging middleware, in-memory caching, and persistence systems. - Expertise in site reliability engineering, data structures, algorithms, and debugging. - A degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, or a related field. - Experience with RDBMS (preferably Oracle) and NoSQL databases (preferably Cassandra).
