As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to identify and recommend maintenance and flooring products to industrial clients, ensuring optimal performance and results. Building and maintaining strong relationships with applicators and industrial clients will be crucial in understanding their needs and providing appropriate product recommendations to enhance customer service and contribute to overall business success. Meeting sales and collection targets will be a key performance indicator in this role. Your duties will include identifying industrial maintenance opportunities through effective networking, ensuring sales transactions are conducted in accordance with company guidelines, and nurturing relationships with end industrial clients and applicators. Staying informed about market trends and new products/systems, attending regular training workshops to enhance technical knowledge, and consistently achieving committed sales volume and collection targets will be essential. You will be expected to explore diverse market segments, establish connections, and convert them into business opportunities. Key skills required for this role include strong presentation abilities, excellent customer relationship management, proficiency in recommending the right systems, effective negotiation skills, strategic sales planning, applicator training, identifying potential applicators, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in English and Tamil languages. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
