Join us as a Private Access Analyst at Barclays, where you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of Location Strategy projects to plan, budget, agreed quality, and governance standards. To be successful as a Private Access Analyst, you should have a bachelor's degree in IT or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrate extensive abilities and a proven record of success in data services, working with PAM tools, defining best practices for PAM governance, and applying independent judgment to solve daily issues. Possess a working knowledge of PAM Standards and best practices, including Non-Personal/Service Account Standards, privileged account discovery, and CyberArk/CSM Architecture. Have technical familiarity with core infrastructure architectures and tools such as Active Directory, Server/OS, Storage, Middleware, Database, and Application topologies. Strong communication skills, exceptional customer-focus, and strong analytical skills are essential for this role. Knowledge of SQL, MS Excel, and Python is desirable. Desirable skillsets include experience in the financial services industry, good knowledge of IAM security processes and standards, strong documentation and reporting skills, and knowledge of IAM-based controls such as JML, Access certification, SSO. In this role based in Pune, you will manage and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, processes, technologies, and standards to ensure secure access and use of sensitive information across the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to implement IAM solutions, develop policies aligned with security and regulatory requirements, conduct IAM audits, respond to security incidents, identify emerging IAM technologies, and develop governance documents and reports. As an Analyst, you will drive continuous improvement, lead and supervise a team, demonstrate leadership behaviours, and develop technical expertise. You will have an impact on related teams, partner with other functions, take responsibility for operational activities, escalate breaches, advise decision-making, manage risk, and strengthen controls.
