Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our world-class systems. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide quality support and maintain client satisfaction, while also leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for any challenges that arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure high-quality service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
