You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design resolutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients, interpreting and resolving issues, and ensuring smooth system operations. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution.- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.- Develop and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide effective support. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Wireless Technologies Operations.- Strong understanding of network protocols and wireless communication standards.- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving wireless network issues.- Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Wireless Technologies Operations.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
