You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and interpret and design resolutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients, analyzing system or application issues, and providing effective solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Manage and resolve client issues promptly and effectively. Interpret client requirements and design appropriate solutions. Analyze system or application issues and identify root causes. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Ensure the smooth functioning of systems or applications. Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. Good To Have Skills:Experience with data storage technologies. Strong understanding of storage area network (SAN) concepts and architecture. Experience in configuring and managing EMC storage systems. Knowledge of storage protocols such as Fibre Channel and iSCSI. Familiarity with storage virtualization and data replication techniques. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
