Summary:As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products, both remote and onsite. You will work within a defined operating model and processes, implementing technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for specific software solutions/vendors/brands.
Roles & Responsibilities:-Configuring Cisco ISE in distributed/HA mode. Integration of Cisco ISE with database source such as AD, LDAP and SQL DB. Configuring authentication, authorization, and accounting policies for user authentication. Configuring switches and WLC for user authentication and authorization. Configuring policies for authentication relating to EAP-FAST, PEAP, LEAP and EAP-TLS. Configuring profiling for user devices. Configuring posturing for user devices and complianceConfiguring TACACS for device administration. Training and Knowledge transfer to the end client on completion of the project. Project documentation including solution document, plan of action and implementation document.Good to Have:If candidate is having any other knowledge on Cisco Technology like wireless along with Cisco ISE will be considered.Professional & Technical
Skills:

Strong understanding of networking concepts:TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, VPNs, etc.Experience with Azure networking services:Virtual Networks, Subnets, Load Balancers, Azure Firewall, NSGs, ExpressRoute, etc.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC):Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, etc.Experience with scripting and automation:PowerShell, Python, etc.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills .Strong communication and collaboration skills .Relevant certifications:Microsoft Certified:Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700).
