You can accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Provide timely and effective technical support to clients. Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues. Document client issues and resolutions accurately. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS. Strong understanding of cloud computing principles. Experience with Azure virtual machines and networking. Knowledge of Azure storage solutions. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting Azure services. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS. This position is based at our Jaipur office.
