With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design resolutions. Your typical day will involve providing ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth system operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their technical issues and concerns. Troubleshoot system and application problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure smooth system operations. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously enhancing your product knowledge. Proactively identify areas for improvement in system performance and propose innovative solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration. Good To Have Skills:Experience with storage virtualization technologies. Strong understanding of storage concepts and protocols, including NFS, CIFS, and iSCSI. Experience in configuring and managing Netapp storage systems, including storage provisioning, data replication, and backup. Knowledge of storage performance optimization techniques and capacity planning. Familiarity with storage security best practices and data protection mechanisms. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualifications 15 years full time education
