Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design resolutions. Your typical day will involve providing ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth system operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their technical issues and concerns.- Troubleshoot and resolve system or application-related problems.- Collaborate with the team to discuss and analyze client requirements.- Design and implement solutions based on client needs.- Ensure smooth operations of systems and applications.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.- Continuously improve product knowledge and technical skills. Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Network Security Implementation.- Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with firewall configuration and management.- Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.- Experience in implementing and managing network security solutions.- Knowledge of intrusion detection and prevention systems.- Familiarity with VPN technologies and protocols.- Ability to troubleshoot network security issues.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Security Implementation.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualification
