About The Role

Project Role Application Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Must have skills Oracle Database Administration (DBA)

SummaryAs an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while also utilizing your in-depth product knowledge to design effective resolutions for client challenges. Your role is essential in maintaining the integrity and performance of our applications, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).

Strong understanding of database architecture and design principles.

Experience with performance tuning and optimization of database systems.

Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies for Oracle databases.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues efficiently.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
