Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and maintenance for applications developed using .NET, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and SQL.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Monitor application performance and implement enhancements as required.
Assist in deploying new applications and updates.
Document support processes and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing timely updates on issue resolution and application status.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of the .NET framework, C#, Visual Studio, SQL Server, DevOps, and Azure technologies.
Hands-on experience in application troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
