Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring system reliability, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest technologies and methodologies, contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in the development and implementation of testing strategies to ensure software quality.

Document and communicate findings and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have
Skills:

Proficiency in Automated Testing.

Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.

Experience with scripting languages for test automation.

Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.

Ability to analyze and interpret complex software issues.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
