Project Role :Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Must have skills :Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Good to have skills :DevOps
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification :15 years full time education
Summary:The AWS DevOps Engineer will design, automate, and operate the CI/CD, infrastructure, and observability stack supporting cloud-native data and platform products. The role requires hands-on engineering, solution design, and close collaboration with platform, security, and application teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable operations.Roles & Responsibilities-Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for platform services and infrastructure components.-Automate environment provisioning using IaC and cloud-native orchestration.-Implement end-to-end monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks.-Enable secure, scalable deployment processes across multiple platform products.-Ensure compliance with AWS security standards and organizational guardrails.-Provide technical guidance to developers and cross-functional teams.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must have Skills:

AWS core services (EKS, EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch)

CI/CD pipeline development (Bitbucket/Jenkins/GitHub Actions)-Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)-Docker & Kubernetes fundamentals-Strong scripting skills (Python/Shell)-Databricks DevOps automation-Snowflake or Reltio CI/CD-Security automation (IAM policies, secrets mgmt.)
Additional Information:-Strong problem-solving and debugging skills-Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers-Effective communication across engineering and business teams
