Project Role :Application Support Engineer

Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems, ensuring that systems operate smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of applications, contributing to the overall reliability and performance of business operations. Your role will also include documenting issues and solutions, facilitating knowledge sharing among team members, and continuously seeking ways to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the development and implementation of application support processes and procedures.- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in application support. Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services.- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for cloud-based applications.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
