To be successful Application Support - Corporate Payments you should have experience with:

• Experience of scripting on Unix based operating systems
• Proficiency with database management systems such as Oracle PL/SQL and Mongo
• Knowledge and experience of ITIL service management processes
• Experience on configuration of strategic alerting/monitoring tools like Geneos ITRS, AppDynamics, ELK
• Experience with IBM MQ, KAFKA, Connect Direct - middleware messaging platforms
• Familiarity with container platforms and aPaaS
