Job Title: Oracle PeopleSoft - Accounts Receivables Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad Experience: 4 to 8 Years Employment Type: Fulltime - Hybrid Role & responsibilities : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PeopleSoft Accounts Receivables Techno-Functional Consultant to join our ERP team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional expertise in Accounts Receivables and technical proficiency in PeopleSoft tools and technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting PeopleSoft applications, ensuring seamless integration between business processes and system capabilities. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to Accounts Receivables. Design and configure PeopleSoft AR modules to meet business needs. Develop and maintain customizations using PeopleCode , Application Engine , SQR , BI Publisher , and Application Packages . Create and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data extraction. Lead or support functional testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across functional and technical domains. Prepare functional and technical design documents, test cases, and user manuals. Support upgrades, patches, and enhancements in PeopleSoft applications. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices. Required Skills & Expertise : Functional Skills Technical Skills Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Accounts Receivables processes Proficiency in PeopleCode and Application Engine Experience in requirement gathering and functional documentation Hands-on experience with SQR and BI Publisher Knowledge of AR integrations with other modules (GL, Billing, etc.) Expertise in SQL and Application Packages Ability to translate business needs into system solutions Familiarity with PeopleSoft security and workflow configuration Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. 4 - 8 years of experience in PeopleSoft AR techno-functional roles. Experience with PeopleSoft 9.x or higher preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Attributes : Experience in end-to-end PeopleSoft implementations or upgrades. Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
